Soothing Minds was established in October 2016 by sole practitioner, Marina Levez. As the General Manager she continues to build the practice with now employing 12 staff, and is proud to be South Australian based and owned and is located in the western suburbs of Adelaide. Soothing Minds is a NDIS Accredited & Registered Provider in plan management.

Soothing Minds is recognised as a fully accredited and registered NDIS Plan Management Provider (#4050009366) and holds memberships with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (#443185) and Disabilities Intermediaries Australia (Full member). Soothing Minds Plan Management have a combined 50 plus years of experience in administration and accounting procedures, and more importantly customer service. We ensure that we keep up to date with all important matters relating to Plan Management from the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, the Department of Social Services, and Federal, State and Territory Governments.

Our Team

Marina Levez

General Manager / Mental Health Clinician

Marina has knowledge and experience in a variety of work settings including leadership roles, mental health, crisis intervention, and financial administration. She is a qualified and professionally recognised forensic mental health specialist, psychotherapist, social worker and book keeper. Marina focuses on bringing hope to those suffering and helping individuals rebuild their lives and live a rich and meaningful life. Marina has worked with individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds.

Christine Carr

Plan Manager / Accounts Officer

Christine brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her 40 years in various customer service and administration roles. Christine strives to bring the best customer service to make each client have the best experience possible. Christine has extensive experience in Reception, Accounts payable and Accounts receivable. Christine in her spare time  volunteers at Meals on Wheels.

Celestial Engman

Receptionist / Admin Support

Celestial is a dedicated and professional worker with a bubbly customer focused nature and endeavours to achieve the best outcome for all our clients. Having worked as an administration officer in her previous roles, she is proficient in customer service, reception, general admin, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, scheduling, payroll, and data/email management.

Sarah Wright

Receptionist / Admin

Although new to this industry, Sarah brings with her over 25 years of customer service experience in the dental health field. Sarah’s roles have included reception, scheduling, correspondence, and practice management. Sarah brings an exacting attention to detail and client care with her compassionate and friendly nature.
