Plan Management Portal – Careview
Soothing Minds uses the Careview software platform which was created through and prompted by lived experience and as of June 2021 supports over 95,000 NDIS participants.
There are two types of access. Careview Advantage for Participants and Careview Connect for Support Coordinators, and others e.g., informal supports, family, the participant allows access to.
NDIS PARTICIPANTS – CAREVIEW ADVANTAGE (Free App)
NDIS participants have the option to keep track of their funding and invoicing with Careview Advantage, a free app, a beautifully designed Mobile App. It enables participants to synchronise their funding and appointment schedules with their Service Providers, Support Coordinators and Plan Managers. With Careview Advantage, you have access to view your budget in real-time and review claims and copies of invoices. You can approve or decline your invoices in the app if you choose to have this option. All your personal information is secured and protected.
Android and iOS versions of the Careview Advantage app can be found by searching ‘Careview Advantage’ on the Play Store (on devices running Android), or the App Store (on devices running iOS).
Once a participant is provided with access to Careview Advantage, they will receive an email containing their login details along with instructions on how to install the app. (Careview Advantage User Guide).

Support Coordinators
With the participant’s consent, Support Coordinators can access a participant’s NDIS funding information, which provides a consolidated overview. Participants need to complete the Consent Form (Download Here).
