Soothing Minds Plan Management actively seeks input from participants and stakeholders, whether a complaint or compliment, as this provides us with the opportunity and as a source of new ideas and suggestions for us to improve our services to you.
Whether we are doing it well or whether there are areas for improvement, we welcome it all.

You can remain anonymous, however, it may limit our capacity to investigate a complaint and provide you with updates. All information provided is covered by our Soothing Minds Privacy Policy.
Please note that it is your right that you may choose to also lodge a complaint directly with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
